Steps of Our Lice Treatment

Lice Screening - The first step to effective lice treatment is a through hair and scalp screening to identify if the patient has lice. Technicians will comb through the patients hair to identify any lice or nits on the patients head.

Diagnosis
- If lice or nits are found, the lice technician will explain the severity of the patients condition. The certified technician will provide details on how easy or difficult the process will be to remove the lice.

Treatment
- In order to fully eradicate all lice and nits, the Precision certified lice technicians will first apply an all natural solution to the hair. After the hair is fully saturated, the technician will use a specialty comb to complete a highly detailed comb through of every hair on the scalp. During this process each hair is examined for lice and nits to ensure all are removed.

Prevention
- Once the treatment is complete, the certified lice technician will apply a lice prevention spray to the patients hair. If the patient has long hair, the hair will be pulled back into a braid or ballet bun to lessen the chance of coming in contact with an untreated friend or classmate. Additional lice preventative products will also be available for purchase and are encouraged to help prevent a reinfestation.
